My home is not new construction and does not have an irrigation system currently. If I install an irrigation system, would I be eligible for a rebate?

No. Again, the rebates are only for the installation of a replacement device. If you are installing a new irrigation system, that would not qualify. Please note that City Code requires that any new irrigation system must have some form of water efficient technology, such as a smart controller. A permit is required for the installation of an irrigation system.
