[ARCHIVED] Now Hiring – Secretary-Receptionist – Part-time

The City of Ramsey is seeking a part-time Secretary-Receptionist. This position is responsible for reception desk duties such as greeting and directing visitors in the Municipal Center, handling incoming calls, answering questions, collecting information and directing calls to appropriate departments; as well as processing payments, preparing receipts, and notarizing documents.  In addition, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Administrative Services Department, including not limited to ongoing projects such as assisting with the City’s annual Happy Days Festival, election duties and other duties as assigned.  This is an AFSCME union position working Monday through Friday, 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm (20 hours per week).  The 2022 hiring wage is between $22.379 and $24.616 per hour, depending on qualifications.
