[ARCHIVED] Now Hiring – Temporary Seasonal Maintenance Workers

The City of Ramsey is currently accepting applications for temporary seasonal maintenance workers to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  The primary objectives of these positions include: general maintenance of parks, streets, or utilities, as well as trails, buildings, and related facilities. Duties include mowing and trimming, pruning and planting trees, working on landscape projects, maintaining athletic fields, pickup up trash or various street maintenance or utilities maintenance work.  Applicants must have a valid Minnesota Driver’s License (class D) and be at least 18 years old.  

 These positions start in April to May and run through the summer and possibly into the fall season.  The 2019 starting wage for new hires is $11.00/hour.    These are temporary positions and will not lead to regular employment.
