The new Northstar Marketplace development is a 7,200 square foot multi-tenant building within the COR-2 zoning district, located south of Sunwood Drive and east of Armstrong Blvd. The building could have up to six (6) tenants and does include a drive-thru along the western (non-street facing) side. The proposed uses of retail and restaurants are permitted uses for this building.
