Billing & Late Payment

The City out-sources the billing and collection of these utilities to OPUS21. These services are billed to residents on a quarterly basis (January, April, July, and October). Payments that not received by the due date will result in a 10% late fee. All accounts that become delinquent are certified to Anoka County for collection with the property taxes.
