A Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization permit is required for projects that disturb one acre or greater.
The permit application cannot be submitted until preliminary plat is approved by the City.

Application Process:
Submit all application materials to City by second Thursday of the month.
City will review the materials and if approved will sign the application form and submit it to the LRRWMO on the third Thursday of the month.
City will notify the project Engineer to send a set of plans and calculations directly to Barr Engineering when the application is turned in.
Permit will be considered at the following months meeting on the third Thursday.
