Ramsey has experienced tremendous success in the development of land for commercial/industrial business parks (over 500 acres). This can be attributed to a great labor force, nearby relevant educational opportunities, pro-active local government/utility companies, and synergies created from nearby commercial/industrial users. With Ramsey's existing business parks nearly full, we are turning our eyes to a new 100 acre, green field, business park. The new business park is serviced by a new full-access, grade separated, U.S. Hwy. 10/U.S. Hwy. 169/Armstrong Blvd. Interchange, a $35M project.
