Grab your skates!  Ice Rinks & Warming Houses Open For the Season on Dec. 21

The City of Ramsey’s ice rinks and warming houses, located at Central Park (7925 161st Ave NW) and Ramsey Elementary School (15100 Nowthen Blvd. NW), will be open weekdays 3:30 pm – 9/10 pm, Saturdays 10 am – 9/10 pm and Sundays noon- 8 pm.  For special holiday hours and more information about these facilities, visit the City’s Parks and Trails website.

Rinks and warming houses will be closed if:
• Temperatures are 10 degrees below zero or lower, and expected to remain at the same temperature
• Attendant may close if weather conditions become severe and are expected to remain so
• Temperatures are 32 degrees or above

Ice rinks will remain open as long as winter weather facilitates good ice conditions.

This year, be sure to check out the skating rink located at Bear Park (15500 Roanoke Street NW), north of Alpine Drive on Roanoke Street.  Don't forget to visit the unique, quarter-mile skating trail located at Central Park as well!
