Happy Days is the City of Ramsey’s annual hometown festival. This popular event takes place in early September and is located within The COR (North of Highway 10 near the Ramsey Municipal Center). The Ramsey Happy Days Festival hosts a large array of family friendly activities and events during the day. When the sun goes down, live music and an impressive fireworks show takeover. Most events are free thanks to the contributions of our generous sponsors.

The 18th Annual Happy Days Festival has been set for Saturday, September 10, 2016!  This website is your source for all Happy Days event information and application materials. More information below: schedule, registration, maps, sponsorship, and more.

The Happy Days Festival would not be the celebration it is today without the dedication of the Happy Days Committee.  This committee is made up of city staff, citizen volunteers, and local organizations that meet on Thursday evenings, generally once per month from March through November.  As the Happy Days Festival approaches, additional meetings are typically scheduled in the months of July, August and September.

The Happy Days Committee welcomes all interested individuals or groups who want to play a role in planning this exciting community event!  If you would like to learn more about the opportunity, please contact City of Ramsey Public Information and Event Specialist, Nichole Wenberg at 763-433-9831, nwenberg@cityoframsey.com.
