At the regularly scheduled January 24th City Council meeting, the
Ramsey City Council officially selected the northwest alignment
below by approving the plans and specifications and authorizing the
advertisements for bids for this project. Those that are
affected by this project should be aware that the trail east of
Ramsey Boulevard has been eliminated due to concerns expressed by
the neighborhoods impacted. Bids are projected to be opened on
February 17th pending finalization of remaining land acquisition
necessary to complete the project.
Any concerns regarding the northwest alignment can be routed to
the City Engineer by emailing
bolson@ci.ramsey.mn.us .
It should be noted that the Council has elected to not move
forward with the northeast alignment at this time although the
northeast alignment shown has been selected as the route to go in as
the project moves forward.
