Ramsey Curfew
In general, it is unlawful for juveniles to be in any public place in the City of Ramsey during the following hours.
Juveniles under 12 anytime between 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m. the following day. On Friday or Saturday between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following day.
Juveniles 12 to 14 anytime between 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m. the following day. On Friday or Saturday between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following day.
Juveniles 15 to 17 anytime be between 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m. the following day. At 12:01 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday to 5 a.m. the following day.
Exceptions are allowed for young people who are in front of their own residence, with their parents, going to or coming from a place of employment, attending school or church functions, or on an errand for a parent.

This notice may be provided on the home page of the primary website maintained by the political subdivision for a period of not less than 90 consecutive days, in a publication of the political subdivision that is distributed to all residents in the political subdivision, or as part of the annual notice of proposed property taxes prepared under section 275.065.
